Columbia Gorge Pet Photography Portfolio Day

  • Cascade Locks, OR United States (map)

Join the Fuzzy Butt for a special Pet Photography Portfolio Day this May in the Columbia Gorge! You will photograph a variety of dogs at one of my most favorite locations in the middle of the Columbia River! If you have never been to the gorge before, it is absolutely stunning and a photographer’s dream! Come and get some really amazing portfolio photographs for your pet photography and get first hand guidance, tips and tricks from Jess!

This workshop is available to all photographers of all levels - from amateur to professional. Please plan on bringing your own equipment - ideally DSLR or Mirrorless Cameras, both Wide Angle and Telephoto lenses work well in this location. This is an opportunity for you to experiment and explore with great subjects in a stunning location.

We will work outdoors and on location, so make sure your gear and your person have the appropriate protection. All Photography participants will be asked to share their results with Fuzzy Butt and the dog models within 90 days of the event. Social media tags will be provided to the photography participants at the end of the event and they will be emailed a gallery where they can upload their final results to share with the participating model dogs.

Through this workshop I hope to help provide other photographers looking to build their pet photography portfolios and experience working with dogs in a classic and special PNW location. The photographs you can get from this experience are truly one-of-a-kind and so very special. All dogs will be at a variety of training levels, breeds and ages.

Spaces at this location are limited to 8 participants. Once sold out, you may email Jess@fuzzybuttpetphotos.com to be added to a wait list should someone need to cancel.
