• I am deeply connected with animals and I have an energy about me that pets feel comfortable about and customers appreciate. I have also been told I have the patience of a saint and that am one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I am here to create beauty and art that reflects our reality and truth and document it in a way that will be appreciated and preserved for generations to come. It is my purpose in life and my true honor do to so.

My degree is in Cinema from the USC School of Cinema-Television and there I learned how to narrate stories through imagery. Not only will we work to acquire beautiful portraits, but I aim to capture the personality of your pet and the loving bond you both share together.

  • Private Sessions do not have a time limit and may be held in any location you like at any time that works best for us. They will provide you with a complete photographic experience and a full gallery of images for you to celebrate your best friend with. Each Private Session type comes with a pre-set number of Digital Downloads and the ability to get more digital images or prints from the gallery store.

Mini Events are held at specific dates and times in short 5-20 min time segments. They will provide a limited number of total images to select from. Mini Events are a great way to introduce yourself and your pet to a pet photoshoot and get a taste for what a Private Session could be like.

  • It is the PNW and rain will happen. There is only one kind of weather I will not photograph in and that is when the temperature gets above 80 degrees. This is because it starts to become unsafe for your pups to be outside in the warmth and put them at risk for overheating. Also hot pups tend to pant a lot and drool and this can become a challenge. Unless we are planning to be at a beach, lake or area with plenty of shade and water, we will simply reschedule for your pets comfort and safety.

There is no penalty to reschedule due to unideal weather. Ultimately, it will be your call, but I highly encourage rescheduling over sacrificing a session where you or your pup will be too hot, too cold, wet or muddy - unless you want to go for the authentic PNW pup style! If so, I’m down to roll in the mud with them! Some dogs don’t mind a little rain, but consider your pet, consider your investment and the types of photos you want to receive. If we do photograph when it’s wet, I will not be able to edit them dry in the final images, so its something to be aware of and keep in mind. I will communicate with you 1-2 days prior to the session to confirm the weather outlook and you can decide at that time if you wish to postpone or maintain.

  • Not a problem! Not all shots are for all pets, and that is ok! Most of my client are on leash and don’t do everything we ask. Safety is the number one priority. If you do not feel comfortable or trust your pet to be off leash, then no worries! The leash will stay on. I am very skilled in removing leashes as well as people from scenes when needed!

  • Once our session ends, turn around is usually within 3-4 weeks. I will hand edit each image individually for best lighting, color, cropping and take care of leash removals. I do not artificially add things into the images that are not there at the time of the session. Once ready, you will receive your gallery online, where you may download your images and make additional purchases in the gallery store for prints, digitals or any other item you may wish.

  • The best images happen when owners get down to their pets level. My best advice would be to wear something comfortable that you are able to get low on the ground with your pet so something that will allow you to do that. You can bring a blanket along if you are worried at all about dirt or anything like that.

  • Sessions can be booked up to 1 year in advance, but most people book several weeks to a few months out.

Spring and fall are popular times to schedule a session, so I would recommend getting your date on the calendar as soon as you decide you would like to do a session, to ensure you reserve your spot before they are all filled!

Due to the cold and wet weather, Photography Sessions are limited during the months of Dec - March. That said I will always reserve time in my schedule for emergency or last min sessions, so please reach out to me if you have any urgent needs and I will be happy to help!

  • The PNW world is our playground! If you have a vision in mind for your photos, please share with me and I can absolutely recommend some location options. Whether we go to the mountains, a local park or head to the coast for a beach session, we have no limit of incredible and beautiful locations here in the Pacific Northwest. I tend to lean towards quieter locations for less distractions and more open space for your pup to feel free and enjoy themselves safely. Let me know what setting you are hoping to see your dog in and we will make it happen!
