Are you Fuzzy Butt? Yup! That’s me! lol Well, that’s my company dedicated to Pet Photography. I’m Jess, artistically speaking Jess Kristen, and my passion and purpose in this life is connecting with and capturing animals, especially dogs - my soul creature. I really love animals of all kinds however and thought I was going to grow up to become a vet. Alas, I don’t have the ability to handle seeing pets in pain and quickly realized that Vet School is probably not for me. Instead, I graduated from the USC School of Cinema-Television in 2004 as I have always been a visual learner and communicator.

I started Fuzzy Butt in 2017 after relocating to the PNW and over the last 7 years I have built countless relationships with some of the kindest and most wonderful people I could ever know, donated to various local and distant pet rescues through photography fundraiser events, worked with hundreds of clients, thousands of pets and discovered some of my absolute most favorite locations in this world.

Nothing in life has made me feel more fulfilled than when I capture beautiful moments of your best friend and the bond you both share together. I look forward to helping you preserve some of the very best memories of your furbabies and creating a fun and lasting experience for you both to enjoy!

When I’m not photographing pets, I am studying to become a Dog Trainer and Animal Behaviorist because I just cannot get enough of being around them. I am also a watercolor and stained glass artist. You can check out some of my work on my Instagram @JessKristenArt
